- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay).
- UPI, Net Banking, and authorized mobile wallets.
- Insurance claims processed via empanelled providers (subject to approval).
8. Advance Payments
- For planned procedures, surgeries, or admissions, patients may be required to pay an advance deposit to confirm booking.
- Advances are adjusted against final billing at discharge.
9. Billing and Receipts
- Detailed invoices are provided for all services rendered.
- Any discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
10. Refunds & Cancellations
- Overpayments or Double Charges: Refunds issued within 10–15 working days after verification.
- Procedure/Service Cancellations:
- Before Service Commencement: Refund after deducting administrative charges.
- After Partial Service Delivery: Refund on a pro-rata basis where applicable.
